I have spent the whole day looking for a process mapping tool. Smart draw seems to be a good one. Although it looks pretty much like a clone of visio. I really like mindjet and the ease and quickness you can type out a map. I just wish you could make a process map with it. I am looking for a process mapping tool that is quick like mindjet.
