Ahhahahahaha blogspam cracks me up…

OK, so I found this funny… a comment someone posted at this blog, which never went live because it’s automatically filtered out as spam.

Good moning. Very interesting, really!

“Don’t delete”! That’s so funny. :-)

So, you guys who are spamming the blog with silly comments can stop whenever you wish. You won’t get links or traffic.

Seriously, I just created around 30 new blog sites, and just started marketing them and getting high pr links to them and I’m already getting spam it seems hourly… yet not one of them get through because I mark all as spam and delete.. I’m sure they have automated software of some kind that searches the net for blogs to spam… but come on… if you give me a decent comment and not have links to casinos, viagra or any other known spam sites… I’ll be okay with that… approved… but hey… they’re not doing the work and some sites will automatically approve their comments… but even if they are approved… have they heard of the nofollow tag? lol

it’s better they spam drupal sites.. or what eve they’re called, most of those sites don’t have the no follow tag..

What a pity! And some serious comments don’t get approved sometimes because they get drowned in this spam load :(

Yeh that is amazing. I get a lot of spam comments on some of my blogs thanks to those blogging spam tools. It’s amazing that spammers are still selling viagra these days. It’s good seeing that you have the required captcha picture to avoid that…

Leaving intelligent, relevant comments on blogs is something I teach owners of our software.

When properly executed, this creates a win-win all round for eveyone concerned…

Good content for the blog, good content for future visitors and great one way backlinks.

As far as the nofollow tags go (and this is not gospel), but our clients experiences are that Yahoo and MSN ignore the the nofollow tag at this current moment in time. And funnily enough, Google have been very busy indexing…

Go figure… all I know it works.

I really don’t get the logic behind spamming blogs when spammers know the comment will last a very short time.

Just bought your Desktop Spider Neil in the hope of being able to loacate some good affiliates for our site.

    Thx

Hi Stewart Alexander, I bought your commenthut a couple weeks ago, I’ve used it a few times and it does what you say it does, and no I don’t spam blogs with my ads, I actually read each and every blog I find and post something thoughtful with my link back. Though I target drupal sites because most don’t have nofollow links and it will help me with some of my new sites to gain pr fast compared to wordpress etc.. Anyways good product it saves me time and money.
