Lazy Git Marketing…

Hmmm, I think I see someone modeling themselves on the success of the “Rich Jerk” brand. :-)

Ok, let’s cut through the marketing talk and get straight to the facts.

Have you built some sites with the idea of making money from Adsense?

Have those sites made much money?

If not, then you may want to check out another way of monetizing those sites… a method that many people have overlooked, but that the “lazy git” has used to “earn $649 a month for 17 months with just a few minutes work each week.”

This information isn’t going to cost you a fortune. If you use this technique on your sites and start making some money from them, wouldn’t that info be worth a few bucks to you?

I’d say, yes. :-)

I just bought this ebook and it is very poor….just common sense stuff about putting up an article site and getting backlinks….maybe a rank beginner would want this..but even then this type of information can be picked up on many forums for free…I am asking for a refund

    Hi Dorothy,

I agree… to a certain extent. Yes, the site creation advice is basic… but the site creation advice wasn’t the reason why I promoted the ebook… it was the monetization method which I thought was original and useful.

Instead of just saying “drive traffic, slap up Adsense, get clicks, make money”, this ebook covered a different way to monetize websites… a way which didn’t even require traffic. I can easily see how that method would be attractive to many webmasters and hence I recommended the ebook. I’m sorry you didn’t like it.

    Neil.

What I am most curious to know is, have you, Neil, actually used these methods? I mean if it is this easy and you need no traffic, then surely you have either used these methods or you are in the process of using these methods. I would very much like to get this ebook. If I can put sites together, monetize them and not need traffic to make money, why would I not want this ebook?

You are one of the VERY few marketers who’s recommendations I take seriously, so if you’re recommending junk for a quick profit I would be very disappointed as I look forward to your emails in my inbox.

    Hi Roland,

Thanks for your kind words. :-)

I’m not saying this is a magical panacea for all websites. It’s simply a different way to monetize your sites. If you have a niche website on “back pain”, are getting good traffic and are making good earnings per click using Adsense, you may not want to use this method.

But, if you’ve built a site on “dog training” which isn’t getting much traffic, and what traffic it does get only earns you 5c per click… then you may want to consider monetizing your site using this alternative method which doesn’t require traffic.

It’s not a trick or a gimmick. It’s real. But whether or not it’s right for your sites, I don’t know. That’s why I suggested checking it out… especially if your sites are established, but not getting a lot of traffic… or the traffic they do get only generates a few low-paying clicks.

    Neil.

    Hi Neil,

I’m bad. I buy lots of things you recommend. All in all they’re very useful and I wish I had more time to make full use of all the ebooks and tools I have now.

I bought Lazy Git primarily because my Adsense earnings are plummeting. For $67 dollars , why not? Gaining a PR5 is no easy task however. I’m going to give it a try using a few old domains and some of the recommendations in the book and Ill report back in a few months.

Do you think X-Site Pro would be a good article site builder? Those sites seem to rank fairly well.

    Hi Fed TV,

    >Gaining a PR5 is no easy task however.

That’s what I said to Matt, but he assured me it’s not too difficult if you follow what he recommends in the ebook.

Yes, XSitePro is a great all-round tool for building all kinds of websites.

    Hi,

It’s my first post in Neil’s site. The product sounds quite interesting to me. I’m a novice. Yet to make a start in “Earning-Money-Through-Internet”. Could anyone give more details about the ebook? How many pages, what other tools/products are required, approximate costs for overall products etc? I’m expecting Neil’s response specially with others’ contribution as well.

Is that like writing/outsourcing Articles in vast and posting them on different sites or alike?

Please respond at your earliest and help a NOVICE to kick start in the dream-land.

    thanking you.

    Hi,

It’s really quite simple… you build a site, get links to it and monetize the prestige of your site by offering to place links to other sites for a fee.

Instead of monetizing traffic, you’re monetizing the site’s reputation. It’s an attractive proposition to people who have taken the time to build sites but are still struggling to get traffic.

    Neil.
