For Christmas I’d Like… Simple SEO!
What do you think… would you like to know the basics of SEO… I mean the TRUE basics and not the “guru fluff” that people with zero knowledge of SEO pass off as “the hidden truth”?
I’d like to get my hands on a short, to-the-point ebook which explained, clearly, the basics of SEO.
It seems to me that there are “fluff” ebooks and articles on the one hand, and real-experts on the other… but the real experts seems to go on and on and on with hour after hour of video or hundreds and hundreds of pages of waffle and arcane detail. OK, they’re the experts, but sheesh.. could ya consense it into less than 50 pages please bud?
Am I on the right track, here? Does anyone feel the same way?
Right then. I’m going to distill everything I’ve ever learned about SEO (real SEO, not the junk I’ve learned then discarded) into a short, sharp, punchy ebook… and I’ll get in ready in time for Christmas!

A short no-fluff ebook on SEO would be a great idea. And yes please make it less than 50 pages.
I’m also tired of these long ebooks that drag on and on with 20% (being generous here) good info, and the rest is nothing but over hashed material. I’m not simply referring to SEO but any IM ebook that’s being released every second day.
If you can talk about SEO for both static html and Wordpress type websites, including the plugins you would use or recommend would be awesome.
Can’t wait for it…

I am too tired of all the rehash information out there. I’m currently reading a few reports on seo and they are really good. But then again, it’s hours upon hours of pages and audio. I thought exactly the same thing that you are talking about. “What if there could be a realistic, true, successfully tested all in one report about SEO that could be saved and referred back to all the time”.
A report on seo by you is gold to me. You are one of those marketers who are real in the business and teach exactly what you yourself are using to make money on the net.
I’ll be looking forward to your report. Also I might add, due to changing of algorithms and rules by search engines and what not, you could probably update your report a little every so often to stay on top of the seo tactics. I know that there are some seo strategies that will never change but it’s just a suggestion.

Sounds great! Just needs to be written in the “simple stupid” form the ordinary layman will understand and grasp..(the basics). The kettle should only need to go on once… and time to open the Christmas presents!
