I’ll get right on it… I could do with $1,500,000. I’m sure that free email account at Yahoo.de is legit and they’ll hand over the cash because I won their competition… even though they have no clue who I am whatsoever! :-)

I had one similar this morning. However it was all about how AOL and Microsoft had a contest. It had free accounts from hotmail.co.uk.

Wow, I won that lottery a couple of weeks ago too! I guess we’re both rich beyond the dreams of avarice Neil. So - Ferrari or Porsche? Race ya :)

    Hey Neil,

I know why you are shielding this real issue from us - you’d already collected your cool $1,500,000.00 and don’t want to share with us :)

Laugh — what a thing and a funny way some guys wants to scam others to make money via internet.

    Lazy bunch

The sad thing is that people will reply and provide their information.

I don’t see what it has to do with Nigeria, but hey. I remember posting copies of the “Nigerian fee scam” email at Scamfreezone.com back in 1997/8. :-)

Mike, thanks for the nomination. :)

    Neil.

Dan Florin Says, ” Another nigerian scam.”

Maybe it emanated from Nigeria. But that does not mean you should align all or similar scam mails with Nigeria. I am from Nigeria and I am writing this from Nigeria.

Scam is an international thing and not from a particular country.

You’re right Dan, and it’s not nice for the law-abiding people of Nigeria… but I don’t think the label “Nigerian Fee Scam” is going to go away because Nigeria is where it originated.
