Grab My Free Blog Commenting Tool… Real Link Finder

I’m really excited to announce the launch of my “Real Link Finder” software.

It finds “on topic” blog posts where you can make comments and leave “Real” links back to your website… links that counts for link popularity and PageRank.

The reason I call it “Next Generation” is that the software only returns blog posts that already have comments but don’t use “nofollow”.

(“Nofollow” means that any links you leave in comments at the blog won’t pass PageRank. By searching for blog posts that already have comments, and then throwing out the ones that use “nofollow”, Real Link Finder gives you cleaner results than other blog commenting software)

More links = Better search engine rankings = More traffic for you!

And the best part? It’s 100% free. No strings. No painful signup process.

I ran program using LOOSE setting and still only get very few results for even common terms like “las vegas” and “hoodia”

  3. Thanks, Neil, for the innovative software. I’m looking forward to all of your projects in 2008.

    Hi Neil,
I think that the programe will be good choice for me as I am at the begining of my internet marketing now & I am examening various approaches for Internet marketing through my newly blog, but unfortunally error in the login when i type the regesteration key . So how can I overcome this proplem.I need your help

  5. Jerry Martin says:

this only worked three times then it won’t find links. why? otherwise very cool, I wish it would search more than a 100 blogs though

  6. D.K. Gallia says:

I really like this tool. My only negative comment is not with the software itself, but with the blogs that were listed, so many of them were not regularly attended to, people seem to set up their blogs, but then don’t stay with it. I found more blogs I didn’t leave comments on than truly active up to date blogs. Maybe adding a search of comment dates to weed out all the dead blogs. I definitely will distributed the rebranded software to all my mail lists, which consists of other webmasters. Great software!

  7. steve says:

    Hi,

great software and best of all free, what more could you want. I have been using comment kahuna and fast blog finder but this one seems the best.

I have only just started using it, and its great, i think i will uninstall the other programs and keep this.

    thanks,

    steve

  8. sorry to spoil the party doc, but your product won’t seem to work in my computer. I have installed ( and now Un-indtalled) it twice with two different e-mail addresses and no luck. It is a perfectly good working Windows XP ( not 64k) that seems to work with every other piece of software that it touches,.. pity…

  9. Peter Chai says:

    Neil,

Long time (years) no talk. Your old customer here.

As I used to say – you are one of the rare sincere helpful persons (gurus?) on the internet. Now you proved it again.

Thanks for the software – a great tool especially handling the “nofollow” factor :-)

    Peter

  10. Okay, I’m a real newbie when it comes to posting and backlinks. So excuse me if this an obvious question. When leaving a reply, does it get linked back to my site via the website I put in the form or do I have to include a hyperlink in the actual comment to get the benefit of a backlink?

  11. - Robin says:

    Hi Neil

Thanks for providing this software … much appreciated.

I wonder whether there is any value in having a 0 selection on the option about blog comments instead of beginning at one. That way, we would pick up blogs that are new … without comments etc.

    What do you think

    Robin

  12. @ Robin, But you wouldn’t know if the blog used nofollow or not because nofollow is most likely to be found in links left in comments.

    Neil.

  13. Nite-Flyer says:

It downloaded and installed, no glitches. I have since run it several times using a wide variety of keywords, and I’ve gotten hits every time. Those other ideas I’ve read here about, incorporating a log of sorts to know what blogs we’ve already visited, among others, would be extremely useful.

Overall, Neil, a very worthwhile effort. Having been a fan of yours for sometime now, I have come to expect nothing but excellence on your part. WOW!

    Hale

  14. Cheers, Hale. :-)

    Neil.

  15. Donna says:

    Hi Neil,

Thank you so much for this tool. A friend and mentor Mike Paetzold,( he’s the wordpress Blog Expert guy) told me about it today. This will save HOURS of time trying to find relevent blogs in our niche,so we may make comments on and interact with.
    Thanks again,
    Donna

  16. Joe says:

This seems like exactly what I was looking for to get more exposure and better rankings. Thanks for sharing this information. I will be giving it a try ASAP.

  17. CJ of GCCD says:

    Hi Neil,
Judging from the number of positive comments you have received it appears you have over delivered.

The software is excellent although I agree with other’s that a limit of 100 blogs to search is a bit limiting.

As you are such an excellent developer of brilliant products have you considered something along the lines of ‘commentsniper’?

Congratulations on yet another well considered product. and thanks for providing it free.

    CJ

  18. jesm says:

    Hi Neil

I think it is a wonderful software to begin with. But I am not sure why the results are not very encouraging though. Only a few outdated blogs appear when I do a search.

I still think it is a great product if it can find more updated blogs.

    jesm

  19. Will Riley says:

    Neil,

This is a great tool, easy to use and will definitely help a lot of people.

BUT, here are a few comments…

1: Not sure why we are forced to limit our search by having to choose how many comments the blog posts already have?? Isn’t this sort of irrelevant? As long as we know the blog doesn’t use the tag then does it really matter how many posts it already has? Maybe this should be an option people can choose to use but aren’t forced to.

2: I think incorporating the page rank and perhaps Alexa ranking of each blog found would be a great idea. Brad Callen’s software such as SEO Elite and Keyword Elite have this feature in them so it is definitely possible. Would help people choose more effective blogs to post on.

3: I think searching more than 100 blogs at a time would definitely help. Each search I do only seems to bring back around 5-10 useable blogs.

4: Being able to export the results to Excel or something would be great so people can save their work and slowly work through the list over time. Search engines prefer gradual link building as opposed to a sudden spike so having the ability to export the results or save my work would be a big help.

Hope these help Neil. A great piece of software and I will definitely keep using it. Thanks!

  20. Mike says:

I still can’t believe that this software was FREE , just started using it , it works fantastic. i will let you know about results soon !

    Thanks !

  21. Jotun says:

Great software, greater price! I made sure to turn off no follow on my site too. Thanks for all of your hard work.

  22. TryNiche2.0 says:

Awesome….that is my strategy to give first! I will be using this on my new content site getting designed for free at Niche Marketing 2.0!

  23. Greg says:

    Thanks for the software.
I’d like to see a “date not older than xxxx” feature, as a lot of posts I was taken to were older than I wanted to take the time to read and comment.
I didn’t see my keywords highlighted in the blogs I went to so far like I saw in your demo video?
Also found blogs that didn’t have nofollow on the post date, but current posts on that blog do now (I was looking for more recent posts to comment on).

  24. CC Inspired says:

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your free software is such a welcome and timely gift. It saves time, makes your work productive without question, and I get to read interesting blogs relevant to me. I’ll definitely be recommending it.

  25. Donald says:

Just great!! This is a very useful software and I am so grateful for the opportunity. It is going to help a lot of beginners as well as seasoned website owners. Congratulations on a great idea.

  26. Liz says:

I love the video on your sales page — the “prop” is brilliant. I haven’t downloaded the software b/c I’m on a Mac & don’t have Windows with Peripherals installed yet. The software sounds fabulous, though. Eventually I’ll have to bite the bullet and start using Windows, and when I do, I’ll try Real Link Finder. Thanx.
    Liz

  27. ZYON says:

Excellent piece of software — just a few suggestions: You need a way to open the results in a new browser window or a wider view for posting comments. A toolbar version would be ideal.

At any rate, thanks for making this free.

  28. ZYON.COM says:

OH — I forgot: The other suggestion would be to have some kind of PR display (page rank) next to the blog results.

    Thanks again — Martin

  29. Hello Neil,

Thanks I got your mail this morning. Yes I got the key number but unfortunately, after downloading the software on my PC, I could not proceed because it asked for .NET whcih is a 12.M heavy for my slow internet connection.

I will try it again adn let you know :)

  30. Grimsby Spa says:

We have been using Comment Kahuna (admittedly only sporadically) to start getting some deep links to our website, and after running a quick test of Real Link Finder, think I might be switching pretty soon! I ran a quick test for one of our keywords, didn’t find much, so dropped the minimum number of comments and came up with a few good posts to comment on. I like the fact it doesn’t force you into using internet explorer (Firefox is my browser of choice), and it was *really* quick. Thanks Neil.

  31. Denise says:

I can’t get the key. I’ve put in my email 5 times over the past several days. I reveived a email saying I would receive the key and another email but never received it. I have white listed you and checked my spam filter. Please send me the key I am very anxious to try the software and will leave a comment about how it works, it sounds great. I rank 2of 10 with google and need a boost.

  32. Hi Denise,

Your mailserver was giving an error. I’ve sent the key to you personally. I hope the email gets through.

    Neil.

  33. OK guys, I think that almost 300 comments are enough for this post. For any more comments on the brand new version of Real Link Finder, please visit:

    http://www.neilshearing.com/2008/02/26/new-version-of-real-link-finder-is-ready/

Please try out the new version, the ability to keep searching makes it worthwhile on its own. :-)

Many thanks for your support! :-)

    Neil.

  34. Kari says:

Thanks for the new version. It took a non-techie like me a few tries to follow the directions about removing the old version via the control panel….but finally figured it out.

    Kari

  35. Bill Nixon says:

    Neal,

I am not sure that the new version works for a couple of features. First, I wanted the software to filter out results that use the “nofollow” attrubute, but got this link:

    http://www.star-wars-galaxies.com/2007/02/06/congratulations-to-our-latest-top-ten-winner-of-the-week/

I posted a comment and it definitely has the nofollow attribute.

Also, the submit button does not work within the program. I have to export the information and then copy and paste the blog address into my browser to be able to post.

Thought I would let you know.

    Bill

  36. Daniel says:

    Hi Neil,

    A few things:

    -PageRank feature
    -autofills the page upon loading
-a way to mark blogs as complete or save them as projects so we don’t keep coming across the same ones we’ve already posted too.

Also, what about doing the same software for forums. A future idea. Or creating it as a firefox plugin?

Thanks for the freebie. Very kind of you ;-)

    All the best,

    Dan

  37. @ Bill, I don’t see how you could get that result in Real Link Finder because it doesn’t have any comments. Real Link Finder searches for blogs with comments. What search parameters did you use? Also, I don’t see your comment at that URL… so how can you know they “nofollowed” it? Finally, if the “submit” button didn’t work, I think I would have hundreds of people telling me… but you’re the only one. Are you *sure* you’re using my software? ;-)

@ Daniel, Thanks for the suggestions.

    Neil.

  38. hi there, what i find about the link finder is when i type in the niche fashion modeling it does’nt bring up relevant blogs concerning modeling.

I have tried it now for a month but it does not bring any relevant results.

    Why is this?

    HELP!

  39. Nancy says:

Thanks so much for your simple explanation on links and their priority. Your video is a must see for all of us newbies…I downloaded your free link finder and will be putting it to use immediately….

  40. @ Serena, Please see my other comments for how to use the software properly.

@ Nancy, I’m glad you liked the movie. :-)

    Neil.

  41. fossy says:

Hi Neal,Ive noticed quite a lot of activity on my websites backlinks over the last few days they are all from eatnineghost.com. i am not completely sure that they add up to a lot as they are all from one sauce.
I have also noticed that as of the28/2/08 that several companies are using my web site and some of my content to link to there sites, is this legal? and i can only assume due to the dates that its a strange coincidance that it the same date I used real link finder can you shed some light on this. regards Fossy

  42. Amazing says:

Cool program.. now I have to learn how to use it. :)

  43. seo factors says:

I’m using CommentKahuna tool, and today i tried “rlfinder” but there is no result for other languages like Bulgarian (i’,m from Bulgaria). I’ll be happy to see support of my language like CommentKahuna do.

  44. al says:

    Hey neil,

    I have no unlock key.

    Thanks,

    Al

  45. Heath says:

Thanx for the freebie. I have been using it for an hour or so. I find the results limited for searches that should return more sites. It appears to be searching a database and not the internet. I have tried commas between words, just spaces, single words, quotes, etc. (in english). The program is interesting, but the limited and repetative results are confusing/frustrating.
    I’ll keep experimenting.

  46. don jones says:

I used your tool to leave a relevant comment on a blog and still got this:

“Sorry, but your comment has been flagged by the spam filter running on this blog: this might be an error, in which case all apologies. Your comment will be presented to the blog admin who will be able to restore it immediately.
You may want to contact the blog admin via e-mail to notify him.”

Suggestions? Is your software a spam tool and if not why does this site think so?

  47. don jones says:

I entered 100 results but it gives me either 16 or 22 results. What gives?

  48. Obesity says:

Nice software it helps me a lot and would suggest other to try it and find its benefits.

  49. Steven Johns says:

Excellent piece of software, just enter a few details and a few clicks of a button and you have your answers.

If only all software was simple and still effective as this!

We wanted to see the links for our keywords; tpad, voip, mobile wifi, free calls and we found plenty of suitable links to Tpad.com
