It is now September 17th and I have not gotten it yet.

Now, I know Andy and Brad to be genuine because I bought their “Stomping the Search Engines 1″ package a couple of years ago and it arrived ok, and was good, solid information. So I don’t expect that the delay is caused by ill will on their part.

But something had definitely wonked out, as it’s been two weeks.

you have that well-establish article about paying off your mortgage.
I think it might help some readers to add a couple extra points:

1. loans are designed so that 99% of your first month’s payment goes towards interest, etc… And since the average family moves every 5 years, guess who’s getting seriously rich?

2. mention alternative payment strategies like HELOC’s and such. These can cut payoff times by 30 – 50% if I am not mistaken.
