You NEED this course if you’re going to build an online business without…

1: going MAD doing everything yourself.
2: watching your competitor’s stealing your income.

As with most launches, their server is getting hammered, so please be aware that it may be hard to order for the next few hours, or even access the movies in the member’s area. If you have a problem, please try again later… and keep trying. :)

Don’t forget, when it’s finished, I’ll give you my own outsourcing product, “Secret Outsource Blueprint”, a $97 true value bonus if you buy Daniel’s product through my link.

eLance Coupon Codes

Friday, July 17th, 2009

While we’re on the subject of coupon codes, there have been visitors to the blog who got here looking for elance coupon codes.

Unfortunately, guys, I don’t think there are any. Well, to be more precise, I’ve used elance for years and never heard of any discount or rebate codes for their service. It’s not quite the same thing, but I think I would’ve heard of an elance coupon code by now… had one existed. :)

Having said that, I do recommend elance. I’ve hired half a dozen outsourcers there in the last week… one of which did an unbelievable job! I also recommend checking out the outsource method if you think you’re going to get into outsourcing because it’s a bit of a minefield and you’ll want a good guidebook to doing outsourcing the right way.

Outsource Method – Review

Thursday, June 18th, 2009

This is a follow-up to my original post on the Outsource Method. I just finished watched the first module of the Outsource Method by Daniel Turner under the Internet Marketing Alliance company he runs with Marc Lindsay. I was given a sneak peek, but now Daniel has emailed access to his list, so I’m free to talk about it. :)

The first “module” of the Outsource Method was actually a 42-minute Camtasia presentation giving lots of background information about outsourcing, including the differences from out-tasking, why you need to consider outsourcing, what potential problems can arise and what future modules will contain. There are seven content modules in total. If they are the same standard the first one was, the Outsource Method will be a stunning product. I’m going to have to hassle Daniel for access to the other modules. :-)

You know, it’s rare in the Internet marketing world when you meet people who “walk the walk” as well as “talk the talk”. I consider Daniel and Marc to be such people. In fact, I would go as far as to say that we, in the Internet marketing community are lucky to be able to learn from them. I get the feeling that very soon Daniel and Marc will outgrow Internet marketing and will disappear. Daniel mentions in the Outsource Method module that their business will conservatively do $3 million in turnover this year, and $5 million if “everything goes according to plan”.

We need to learn from these guys while they’re around to share their knowledge.

Outsource Method – What Is The Outsource Method?

Monday, June 15th, 2009

Marc and Daniel, the guys behind Project Green Button, are releasing a new product on the 23rd June 2009 called the Outsource Method.

Basically, these guys are incredibly good at outsourcing the different parts of their business, and decided to help everyone wanting to start outsourcing by detailing exactly what they’ve done, step by step, to out-source most of the “grunt work” their business needs doing.

So, for example, they don’t do directory submissions by using a piece of software on their desktop… they have a team in India that does the directory submissions manually for all of their sites, and the sites that their SEO clients own. I think all their content (articles, blog posts etc) are also completely out-sourced. When you’ve got content creation and link building outsourced, that’s a powerful combination. It frees up your time to work on other projects, or with clients, which makes you much more productive.

If you want to know more about the Outsource Method, keep an eye on this blog and I’ll keep you updated. I’ll be getting a review copy of the product in the next few days and will let you know what I think… warts and all! :-)

Update, I’ve written an Outsource Method Review post you may want to check out. :)
